How many employees really care about the company they work for and do they appreciate its success is their success?
How many employees really care about the company they work for and do they appreciate its success is their success?
Obviously there are some circumstances where employees are badly treated or underpaid. But how many employees really have any true feelings for where they work. This month we will be running a survey to find out whether employees understand that a new business is almost certain to fail if they dont love and cherish it. We will be as balanced as possible in our survey, with Sam Hastings representing the 'why would you care?' category and Brooke Dubois representing the 'we are in this together' category.
